British engineering design company is looking for a Technical Director/Project Manager/Lead Engineer for its Moscow Representative Office.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education preferably in engineering;
• Fluent English essential;
• Experience in acting as GIP, Head of Engineering Design Department, Project Manager or Technical Director in the area of engineering design;
• Experience in producing engineering design to shell & core for international developers and fit outs or design and build drawings for occupiers.
• Knowledge of corresponding SNiPs and GOSTs and the following systems: heating, ventilation, cooling, electrical supply, water supply and sewerage, weak currents, smoke removal and fire safety;
• Experience in getting approvals from corresponding state authorities;
• Computer literate (MS Office, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD)

Duties:

• Effective coordination of work of 4 departments (HVAC, Electrical, WC and PH);
• Control of all issued documentation (quality, correspondence with contract dates);
• Participation in tenders and/or preparation of engineering design commercial proposals;
• Participation in meetings with (potential) clients on issues regarding design briefs, technical design, dates and volumes of produced documentation, etc.;
• Choosing corresponding service and equipment providers;
• Site visits;
• General coordination of the Moscow office and liaison with the head office in London
