Major requirements:

• Higher education
• Previous experience as a sales manager or Director in construction, design development, consulting, project management or real estate companies.
• Required working experience in construction, development and real estate field, actual relations and contacts with international real of real estate, development, consulting and project management companies.  Excellent knowing standards and requirements for qualification documentation of international companies and project management companies.
• Experience in aggressive selling, negotiations, and actual business relations with international partners on real estate market (project management and consulting companies, banking and brokerage firms).
• Fluent  or native English
• Proven sales skills
• PC proficiency (MS office, MS Project etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, stress-resistance, persistence
• Sales force management

Major responsibilities:

• Attracting key international clients and partners (construction, design, Installation of MEP systems engineering and fit-out and reconstruction works).
