IT-Online is looking for an efficient, ambitious Brand Manager who is ready to use their experience and skill to further develop an already thriving set of international web projects. Your tasks: Aims: Strategic and tactical management of Western Internet brand (international communication portals). Brand development on the Western web, brand differentiation. Responsibilities: - Analyze the current brand status (assessing brand awareness and relationship of target audience to product, brand loyalty level, correspondence of current brand status with desired status).
- Analyze market situation (Сompetitive Analysis & Benchmarking) – target audience, positioning, and competitor promotion methods; research of user audience (Customer Behavior Research) - segmentation, coverage, percentage of user audience in target audience, behavior models.
- Formulation of brand essence, brand message campaign, definition of KPI.
- Development and implementation of brand management:

Development of rules for the creation of marketing materials and description of brand management procedures (brand book); -
Definition of people responsible for brand development (brand defenders); -
Development of action plan for brand promotion (integrated marketing communication methods); -
Development of plan and procedures for brand monitoring and assessment of effectiveness. - Brand promotion management (Brand awareness, integrated marketing communication methods):

Creation and control of media plan implementation; -
Control of the creation and distribution of materials in communication channels with target audience; -
Development of complex loyalty programs. - Brand monitoring and assessment of effectiveness: Brand KPI, comparison of current brand status with desired brand status, strategy correction/ marketing communication tactics.
What we’re looking for: - Aged 25-40;
- Higher education (preferably PR/ Marketing), if possible MBA (Strategic Marketing, Product Management, Public Relations);
- Preferable with experience living/ studying/ working abroad;
- NB! Excellent English language (upper-intermediate, advanced, proficient). Ideal for an Expat specialist (English – native/ second language);
- At least 3 years work experience (Brand Manager, Product Manager, PR Manager) in Internet companies/ Internet);
Very important: - Knowledge and understanding of online business (most effective business models on the Internet, monetization methods, etc.);
- Experience in creating and managing a brand (experience of creating a brand book, brand reputation management), service/ product positioning: representation of unique competitive advantages, value curves, etc.;
- Skills in creating and implementing marketing strategies;
- Experience of market analysis, user behavior, competitor research;
- Ability to organize team work, focusing on creative developments (creating tasks, brainstorming), keep up regular, planned marketing activity, development of media plans, budgets, tracking campaign effectiveness, etc.

Working conditions: -
Location: Russian Federation, Central Moscow (Novoslobodskaya/ Mendeleevskaya Metro station) -
5 day working week, work schedule 9:00-18:00 / 10:00-19:00 -
Registration under the Russian Federation Work Code, fully paid holiday and sick leave, food supplemented -
