Job duties: - manage the marketing department of the company (IT project, project management software)
- analyze the market potential and profitability of the new IT product (software, B2B product)
- implement effective sales, marketing and PR strategies (online and offline)
- responsible for the overall sales and profit performance of the product both in Russia and abroad
- manage, coordinate and delegate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
- organize and conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
- choose advertising and communication agencies to cooperate with
- analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- control the development and implementation of marketing plans and projects for new products (within cooperation with advertising and PR agencies)
- manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
- monitor and review on all marketing activity and results
- determine and manage the marketing budget
- deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
- develop pricing strategy
- liaison with media and advertising
- plan and administer the company’s Marketing operations budget
- develop regional marketing budgets (several foreign regions)
Requirements: - Degree in marketing, economics or technical
- Experience as a marketing director/commercial director
- Experience in launching the new product in the competitive environment
- Experience in working in the IT sector is a big plus
- International experience is a must
- FLUENT, near native English is an absolute MUST , plus spoken German, Spanish, Arabic, or Chineese
- High computer literacy
