Ivan Tertychny is a Russian and English-qualified lawyer who has advised clients on raising finance, corporate law matters, including M&A and JVs, and commercial contracts in transactions ranging from $3m to $20bn. In addition, Ivan has significant experience in financial services and regulatory matters.
Marat Agabalyan specialises in dispute resolution and investment projects in Russia and abroad. He assists clients in structuring, negotiating and documenting construction projects, share and asset sales (including real estate) as well as the establishment of joint ventures.
In addition, Marat has extensive experience in employment and immigration law and personal data protection matters. His experience covers employment contracts for all levels of staff, including senior managers, employment disputes and administrative disputes with state authorities, employee redundancy, employment of foreigners and secondments, access to trade secret information, processing personal data and transferring it to third parties, including abroad.
A significant part of TA Legal Consulting's work is devoted to assisting private clients. The firm is committed to developing long-term trusted advisor relations with its clients and helping them in the majority of their legal needs, both contentious and non-contentious, from family law issues, personal taxation and residential real estate matters to managing personal wealth, raising finance, investment projects, and building and growing their businesses.
