Management of the OTC Consumer health care group (2 persons in a subordinate):
• Planning and coordination, appraisals, relationships with other departments.
Profit, volume, revenue and share responsibility.
Local strategy development and implementation.
Sales forecast. Analysis of competitors marketing mix.
Development of the go-to-market strategy(360):
• Marketing mix;
• Marketing channels;
• Media plans (TV, Radio, Print, OOH, etc.);
• Budgeting and budget control.
Development of the market research plan:
• U&A and market researches;
• Product concept (GfK Genius);
• Prices (Price Challenger);
• Storyboard test (AD*Creator);
• Packaging (Pack Challenger).
Development of the advertising content:
• Production of new TVCs (Casting, music, Post-production, etc.);
• Coordination of the communication with Production Houses, directors and creative team;
• Creation of POS materials, layouts for mass media, OOH, etc.
Marketing campaigns management:
• Ad placement according to the media plan on TV, Radio, Print, OOH, subway, urban transport, etc;
• Planning, coordination and control of BTL;
• Measurement of the Marketing campaign results.
• New products launch.
