I have 21 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. The focus of my career lately was Training and Development as well as Competency System Management and Competency Assessment process. My last position was Training and Development Manager in Gazprom Neft Badra B. V., Iraq. Before that — Competency Project Manager, M-I SWACO (The Schlumberger Company), Texas, USA and Technical Training Specialist (Environmental Solutions), Training Center of the M-I SWACO in Volgograd. Opened a Training Center for Gazprom Neft Badra B. V. in Iraq, assembled Instructors’ team, and supervised the creation of the Oil and Gas Terminals training program from scratch (Production, Oil Plant, Gas Plant, and Maintenance). Developed and launched a Competency System (including an original IT app) as well as several minor training projects and initiatives. At my previous position as a Competency Project Manager for M-I SWACO (The Schlumberger Company), I had been developing a Competency Assurance System for the company's field personnel. My previous experience of working in the factories, workshops, drilling rigs, and my three-year experience as an Engineering Instructor — where I trained more than 2000 students — helped me a lot while working on the task. I was lucky to be exposed to a great variety of different technologies and versatile infrastructural projects, which gave me a good overview of the industry. — Designed about 15 Drilling Fluid Processing Systems + different types of Waste Management and Solids Control equipment (Shale Shakers, Mud Cleaners, Degassers, Dewatering Units, Solidification Units, etc.), — Created general design for Liquid Mud Plant (Fluids Plant) and Bulk Plant for GazFlot (Gazprom affiliate) in Murmansk, Russia. I went through more than 20 Solids Control, Waste Management, and Project Planning courses. Have following certifications: M-I SWACO Basic Mud School & M-I SWACO IFE (Integrated Fluids Engineering) I have always been good at sharing knowledge and motivating people around me. Recent achievement: Developed an original methodology of learning and teaching the English language.
