After-Hours Account Manager (Crypto Trading)

CLS Global is a fintech company specializing in B2B trading services on the blockchain market.

Right now we’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to support our clients during evening hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday, 19:00–23:00 MSK) and extended hours on weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 08:00–00:00 MSK).

What you’ll do:

• Monitor client trading activity and provide support when needed

• Communicate with clients and assist them with inquiries

• Develop your expertise in finance, trading, and blockchain technologies

What we expect from you:

• Experience in crypto/trading and understanding of financial markets
• Fluent Russian + English (C1 and above)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex client requests

• Discipline, adaptability, and client-oriented mindset
