Well Completion Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design of lower completion installation: 1) Frac&pack 2) Openhole Gravel pack 3) Standalone Screen installation 4) perforated liner)
• Design of upper completion installation: 1) Natural flow 2) Gaslift 3) Smart completion
• Ability to model tubing stress analysis and production packer loads in specialized software (i.e. Wellcat). General understanding of load which tubing and packer experience during various operation phase
• Ability to model Torque and Drag calculations for lower completion, upper completion deployment in specialized software (i.e. WellPlan). General understanding about why it is important to have this modelling performed.
• Experience with writing completion (upper, lower) installation programs
• Experience with writing workover programs
• Understanding of all completion equipment functionality (Xmas Tree, Wellhead, SCSSV, Production packer, Gaslift valves, Downhole gauge, isolation valves, sand control system, sand control filters, seating nipples)
• Understanding material selection for completion equipment
