Coordinator of International Projects

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized International Projects Coordinator to support initiatives aimed at engaging foreign experts and the Uzbek diaspora abroad. This role involves coordinating projects, building strong relationships with participants, and ensuring impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the bonus system project for foreign experts:

  • Monitor applications through the online platform,

  • Coordinate the work of consultants,

  • Search for and attract new foreign specialists,

  • Track results (attracted companies, export, new jobs).

• Coordinate the project with Vatandoshlar (natives of Uzbekistan living abroad):

  • Maintain regular communication with participants,

  • Assist in organizing their visits and meetings,

  • Monitor the results of their activities (supporting startups, attracting new companies),

  • Search for and engage new participants.

• Prepare brief reports and proposals on the development of both projects.

• Interact with management and the team, maintain communication with external experts and organizations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Administration, International Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in international relations, diplomacy, business development, or foreign affairs.

• Strong project management and negotiation skills.

• Excellent command of English, Russian and Uzbek.

• Experience working with government agencies and international donors.

• Strong understanding of global digital, startup, and outsourcing markets.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in the IT or tech ecosystem (parks, accelerators, venture capital, etc.)

• Knowledge of export promotion, or investment regulations

• Experience managing multicultural teams or working in cross-cultural environments

• Participation in international leadership or fellowship programs
