Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Ensure registration of all visitors in the visitor’s log journal.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly; receive, direct, and relay telephone messages.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including picking up and delivering mail.
Coordinate circulation of documents within the company.
Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings.
Arrange written and verbal translations via agency.
Arrange notarization services for company documents.
Check monthly bills for translation, notary, and DHL services and prepare backup files.
Handle contract arrangement and follow-up (notary, translations).
Support company events organization.
Assist to SLT team on travel organization and expense reports
Requirements
Education: College degree or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
Languages: English higher level, French language is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in MS Office; Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Personal Qualities: Professional appearance; Organized and detail-oriented; Positive attitude.
