Our engineering teams are distributed all over the world with big tech hubs in Europe (Belarus, Georgia, Poland), Latam, and India, comprising big variety of skilled professionals.
We are currently seeking a motivated and inquisitive Technical Recruiter to oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, candidate attraction, interviewing, and onboarding. This role can be based in Minsk or remote, with a focus on global hiring. Your understanding of EMEA market dynamics, sources of high-skilled IT professionals , and eagerness to explore new tools, locations, and technologies will be highly valued in this position.
What IDT recruiter does:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand the position & team needs.
- Sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing and selecting talents.
- Providing excellent candidate experience.
- Analyzing relevant data and trends to improve staffing performance.
- Taking part in worldwide analytical researchers (salary benchmarking, remote market studies, etc.).
- Onboarding, Employee Experience support, and more.
What would help you to be successful:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Solid ability to conduct interviews in English (B2+) and Russian.
- Hands-on experience with various hiring stages.
- Familiarity with IT stacks and the ability to quickly find information with ease.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity in developing comprehensive search strategies for various roles.
- Proficient in navigating various job boards, professional online communities, and social media groups.
- Writing and presentation skills, ability to put complicated staff in simple words.
- Enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
- Nice to have: hands-on experience with Google Sheet/Form, AI tools, sourcing/scraping tools.
- Nice to have: familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Slack.
