Executive Assistant to the CEO

Position Overview
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive operational and administrative support to the CEO, ensuring the effective organization of the executive’s daily schedule and seamless coordination with internal departments and external partners.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in other administrative roles
  • Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, briefings, and business trips;
  • Screen and prioritize incoming information: emails, calls, and internal/external requests;
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, reports, and internal memos;
  • Coordinate tasks and communication between the CEO and company departments;
  • Prepare materials and information for CEO’s presentations, meetings, and negotiations;
  • Arrange business travel, including booking flights and hotels and preparing travel documents;
  • Organize corporate events, internal meetings, and conferences;
  • Ensure the CEO is provided with all necessary information, resources, and logistical support;
  • Prepare analytical summaries, document briefs, and concise report.

Working Conditions

  • This is a full-time, office-based position located in Tashkent;
  • Standard working hours are from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Uzbekistan Time), aligned with U.S. business hours;
  • The employee is expected to work on both Uzbekistan and U.S. public holidays to ensure continuous support of logistics operations unless otherwise coordinated in advance with management.
  • The role may occasionally require extended hours to handle urgent operational matters;
  • A professional office environment with standard equipment and workstations is provided;
  • The company ensures compliance with Uzbek labor laws and provides all necessary conditions for effective and safe work.
