We are growing steadily and believe we will reach the moon! We have several strong fintech products and strategic plans to expand our product line.

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Head of Sales with international experience in Payment, Exchange, Acquisition, and Digital Banking who will strengthen our commercial function and lead the team to market leader position.

DNA of the role: achieving ambitious revenue and active customer targets.

Key responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing a commercial strategy to enter and gain market share in the cross-border payments, exchange, and acquiring segments.

- Achieving overall revenue growth targets for the company.

- Maintaining client and partner growth plans with subsequent raising of the bar, as well as re-engaging inactive clients.

- Developing the most attractive terms for working with clients and partners in collaboration with the Operations team.

- Managing lead generation, sales, and customer success sales teams (15 people).

- Searching for and testing new sales channels, monitoring market trends.

- Personal involvement in sales.

- Preparation and participation in international exhibitions.

- Improving the efficiency of the sales process and analyzing results.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in relevant roles in Fintech.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in closing complex deals.

- Ability to define and implement sales metrics and work towards KPIs.

- Deep knowledge of payment platforms, banking, and digital assets.

- Results-oriented with an emphasis on measurable results.

- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
