Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales: Proactively identify and generate new client leads across the assigned region in Azerbaijan. Conduct active sales of our core product range, including Particleboard (Chipboard/DSP), MDF, Plywood, and Flooring.
  • Client Relationship Management: Lead commercial negotiations, close deals, and manage the full contract lifecycle with new and existing clients.
  • Contract & Documentation Management: Prepare and execute client agreements, maintain all necessary client documentation, and ensure strict adherence to contractual terms.
  • Supply Chain & Financial Oversight: Monitor order fulfillment and track client payments, ensuring a smooth operational flow.
  • Market Analysis: Perform ongoing market monitoring and analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Performance & Reporting: Take full ownership for achieving sales targets and provide regular, structured performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience specifically within the wood-based panels industry (Particleboard, MDF, Plywood).
  • Readiness for frequent business travel within Azerbaijan and potentially to other regional locations.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
