This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. We are hiring a hands-on Operations Lead who will run daily cleaning delivery: people, schedules, quality, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:

Knowledge of the Russian & English languages, С1.

Valid UAE driving license & experience of at least 3 years must have.

Possession of a car is an advantage.

Proven experience in contract cleaning / soft FM / housekeeping / facilities services in a supervisor, inspector, area manager or operations manager position.

Strong understanding of professional cleaning processes (daily cleaning, deep cleaning, floor care, glass/facade, post-fire / post-build, etc.).

Ability to manage 20–80+ cleaners across several locations.

Proficient PC user, reporting skills (checklists, photos before/after, Excel / WhatsApp summaries).

Organizational skills, and proactivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations / Service Delivery

Lead daily cleaning operations across multiple client sites (indoor and outdoor).

Plan shifts, allocate staff, arrange replacements, control attendance.

Launch new projects (start-up cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, facade/parking/technical areas).

Ensure all work is delivered according to agreed scope, SLA and HSE requirements.
Quality Control

Do site inspections, record issues, close them fast.

Maintain standards: check appearance of staff, equipment condition, chemical usage.

Report KPI and corrective actions to management and to the client.
Team Management

Supervise cleaning team leaders / working supervisors.

Train new staff on methods, tools, safety.

Motivate teams to keep speed and quality, not just “be present on site”.
Client Communication

Be the main operational contact for the client on your sites.

Handle requests, complaints, extra tasks.

Prepare simple daily / weekly status updates.
Logistics

Control stock of chemicals, consumables, machines on each site.

Request materials on time, avoid last-minute shortages.

Make sure machines are serviced and available.
