Recruitment Specialist (6–12 month contract)
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers. This temporary role supports the People & Culture Supervisor and HR team, focusing on administrative and retail sector positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to assess recruitment needs and execute the full process
- Source candidates (active and passive) and build effective shortlists
- Coordinate interviews and selection procedures
- Ensure accurate job postings and deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Manage priorities nd stakeholder expectations
- Use various sourcing tools and channels to grow networks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment
- English at Upper Intermediate level or higher
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen
- Direct sourcing skills and understanding of local market trends
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability
- Proficiency in MS Office
