We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Developer to help us grow our client base in the B2B sector. If you are passionate about building business relationships, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients – we would love to hear from you.

🔍 About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out through multiple channels, and presenting our service packages to decision-makers. Your key mission is to attract high-quality leads and book sales calls/demos with business owners and executives.

🧩 Responsibilities

  • Conduct B2B outreach via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other prospecting channels

  • Research and identify potential industries and decision-makers

  • Build and manage lead lists and CRM pipeline

  • Craft compelling outreach messages tailored to the prospects’ needs

  • Schedule qualified sales calls and demos for the senior team

  • Collaborate with marketing and management to refine outreach strategies

  • Track KPIs and provide weekly performance reports

🎯 Ideal Candidate

You’re a strong fit if you:

  • Have previous experience as a Business Developer, Lead Generator, Sales Executive, or Account Manager

  • Have worked with real services, manufacturing, or B2B solutions

  • Understand how to attract clients using:

    • Email campaigns

    • LinkedIn prospecting

    • Cold calling

    • Networking and outbound strategies

  • Are confident in customer communication and objection-handling

  • Have a proactive mindset and can work with minimal supervision

📌 Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation or business development

  • Excellent verbal and written English is a must

  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers

  • Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

  • Consistent reliability and a performance-driven attitude
