Head of QA testing department

An international company with headquarters in Canada seeks a Head of QA testing department for Georgian Brunch.

Remote work is not acceptable. Full time work in our Tbilisi office.

To qualify for a software testing manager role, you need to have a solid background in software testing, as well as strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

You should be able to plan, execute, and report on testing activities, using various tools and methodologies, such as manual testing, automation testing, agile testing, and performance testing. You should also be able to manage the testing team, assign tasks, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts.

Additionally, you should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, such as developers, project managers, and clients, and ensure that the testing objectives and expectations are aligned with the business goals and requirements.
