Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative social media strategies to boost brand awareness and audience engagement;

Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce visually engaging and compelling content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) aligned with brand identity;

Manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting across platforms;

Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize content based on data-driven insights.

2–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment;

Hands-on experience with platforms: Instagram*, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram;

Strong idea generation skills and basic proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (a plus);

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Brand Analytics or other analytics tools;

Experience working cross-functionally with designers and copywriters, with a collaborative and feedback-friendly mindset;

Deep understanding of social media algorithms, viral content mechanics, and platform-specific trends;

Fluent in Russian (verbal and written);

Basic level of English (reading and understanding documentation, basic communication).
