What You’ll Be Doing
Promotion Strategy & Planning:
- Develop promotion strategies and budgets.
- Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Corporate Affairs).
- Design comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Promotion Implementation:
- Execute BTL activities and activation programs across cities.
- Oversee marketing material distribution and inventory control.
Promotion Feedback & Analysis:
- Analyze campaign performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor sales trends and consumer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Optimize data collection methods (surveys, polls, questionnaires).
What We’re Looking For
- Skills: Strategic planning and resource allocation skills, organizational abilities and presentation skills.
- English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Education: Higher education degree required in Marketing or related field.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- Standard working hours: 08:30–17:30.
