Responsibilities:

  • Development and strengthening of the company’s employer brand: planning, organization, and execution of EB events (case competitions, bootcamps, guest lectures, job fairs etc.)
  • Maintaining communication both with external audiences (students, universities, partners) and internal stakeholders
  • Ongoing collaboration with global teams on social media projects and platforms
  • Managing and communication with SMM agency on digital platforms, including Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Management of partnerships with vendors: full cycle of documents management, payments proceed in SAP
  • Preparation of analytics and performance reports, tracking EB metrics and campaign effectiveness
  • Coordination and procurement of branded merchandise and promotional materials
  • Organization and support of internal corporate events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Management, Marketing or a related area
  • Strong min. 1-year relevant experience in project management
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with other team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to productively and efficiently collaborate with a global team
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced English
