Our HR team has already launched operations in several countries and supports every stage of the employee experience, ensuring that all processes remain smooth, well-organised, and fully compliant.
As an HR Admin Specialist, you will be part of the team that enables high-quality HR operations and supports our people through precision, clarity, and consistently reliable service.

We are now continuing to grow rapidly and are looking for an HR Admin to join us and strengthen our processes at our location in Georgia.
You will be the person behind the core HR workflows that keep the team running — from documentation and pre-onboarding to policy guidance and day-to-day administrative support.

Challenges that await you:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, document preparation, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring compliance and process accuracy.
  • Provide guidance to employees on employment matters, contracts, company policies, and other HR processes.
  • Conduct structured internal meetings for employees as consultations, mini-trainings or information sessions on HR processes and applicable legislation.
  • Prepare, process, and maintain HR documentation in accordance with internal company standards and the labor regulations of multiple countries.
  • Work with our internal HRIS systems for data management, profile updates, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee information, while contributing to the development and improvement of HR processes.
  • Collaborate with external organizations, legal advisors, and partners to handle employment-related cases and resolve HR issues promptly.
  • B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.

What makes you a great fit:

  • 3+ years of practical experience in HR, preferably in HR Admin, People Operations, HR Generalist.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Law, Economics, or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of Labor Laws and migration requirements in Georgia.
  • Practical experience managing employment under Service Contracts, including strong knowledge of contract structure, understanding contract terms, and analyzing conditions.
  • Practical experience handling employment cases of varying complexity, analyzing situations, identifying optimal solutions and overseeing their implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal and external teams – discussing complex topics and providing transparent guidance and instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across different contexts and a high volume of employee-related processes.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems (for example: BambooHR, 1C, HiBob, SAP).
  • Willingness and ability to work on-site in our Tbilisi office and handle tasks that require physical presence.
