Role Overview
We are developing a VPN service with a global audience and are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help grow the Toggle VPN product across all major platforms: iOS, macOS, tvOS, Android, Android TV, and others.
Your responsibilities will include writing product requirements across all platforms — from gathering inputs to creating detailed, well-structured specifications and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
You will work closely with the Dev, Design, and QA teams, as well as the DevOps engineer, ASO specialist, and Support Manager.

Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)
Responsibilities:
- сollect and formalize requirements from internal stakeholders at all stages of the product lifecycle;
- сreate and describe tasks for the development, design, and infrastructure teams;
- maintain the product knowledge base and document platform-specific behaviors;
- keep changelogs, release notes, and documentation up to date;
- prepare product localizations;
- build and maintain an improvements backlog based on user and team feedback;
- coordinate product releases with Marketing and ASO activities;
- participate in product testing: validate key features, scenarios, and UX before releases on all platforms.
What We Expect from You:
Hard skills
- 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager in mobile applications;
- strong skills in documenting and visualizing requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, diagrams);
- solid understanding of the full product lifecycle — from ideation to release and ongoing support;
- backlog prioritization skills using frameworks such as RICE, ICE, MoSCoW, Kano;
- stakeholder management — ability to formalize requirements and manage expectations across teams;
- english level B1–B2 or higher (for working with documentation and localization).
