Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates in target markets.
- Maintain close relationships with existing affiliates to maximize performance and loyalty.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for ROI, retention, and
- player quality.
- Negotiate commission deals and promotional agreements with partners.
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and payment processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Product, Compliance, and Finance) to align affiliate activities with broader marketing goals.
- Ensure affiliate marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and new traffic sources.
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry (casino, sportsbook, or related verticals).
- Proven experience working with Tier 1 markets.
- Experience and contacts in LATAM, Africa, and Asia are a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
- Experience with modern affiliate platforms such as Scaleo, Everflow, Affilka, CellXpert, or PartnerMatrix.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Russian (both written and spoken).
- Proactive, performance-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key KPIs:
- Growth in active affiliates.
- Volume and quality of FTDs.
- Affiliate-driven NGR and ROI.
- Retention rate and partner satisfaction.
