Lead the end‑to‑end customer delivery lifecycle for major mining and minerals processing accounts, ensuring solutions and services are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of customer satisfaction. Act as the senior interface between customers and internal operational, engineering, logistics and service teams, supporting our clients strategic goals including MissionZero.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer delivery functions: project delivery, service delivery, spare‑parts fulfilment, lifecycle optimisation.
- Build and maintain senior customer relationships at executive/C‑suite level.
- Oversee contract performance: budget, scope, quality, safety, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, logistics, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and scale high‑performance global delivery teams.
- Manage risks related to delivery, cost, compliance, and safety.
- Drive recurring revenue and service contract expansion.
- Ensure adherence to HSE and sustainability priorities.
Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years in customer delivery, services, or operations within mining, heavy industrial, or capital equipment sectors.
- Experience managing global or multi‑regional delivery teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L ownership.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and senior relationship management.
- Strategic leader with operational excellence mindset.
- Experience with complex contracts, SLA delivery, and lifecycle service models.
- Preferred: Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence experience.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or similar (required).
- MBA or equivalent (highly desirable).
- PMP or project/service delivery qualifications (preferred).
