We are hiring a Front Desk Officer/Customer Care Officer
Customer acquisition activities
· Handles initial inquiries (direct & indirect)/
· Hands out the Advisory Interview Form (or Inquiry Form?)
· Keeps and passes on inquiry data and statistics
· Schedules appointments for interviews
· Supports and tracks local marketing activities and promotional events
· Conducts sales activities through enrollment
· Follows up on unconverted inquiries and inactive customers
· Accepts translation or interpretation orders
Customer retention activities
· Maintains positive customer relations and ensures customer satisfaction/
· Conducts customer orientations
· Ensures optimal Language Center appearance
· Encourages customer re-enrollments
· Schedules lessons for customers and instructors
· Schedules and conducts student consultations and counseling
Operations
· Sorts and distributes/disseminates incoming mail (post or email)
· Prepares invoices, collects customer payments and handles other accounting activities (i.e., sales detail enrollment report)
· Handles payments for cash/checks/credit cards, bank deposits, transfers and repayments/
· Keeps track of instructor’s extra inputs (Progress Reports / Placements / Demos / Travel Units / Translations)
· Maintains correspondence with customers
· Answers the telephones, emails and other messages in person or online
· Corresponds with customers to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
· Prepares pedagogical cards
Additional responsibilities
· Develops local marketing activities
· Support special programs, efforts, activities of the LC
