Andersen is hiring a Business/System Analyst to work on a central integration layer that connects internal systems with external platforms, supporting scalable, reliable digital service integrations across multiple channels.
The customer is an international organization providing a variety of technology-enabled services for different audiences. It develops and operates digital products that support everyday processes and interactions, placing emphasis on reliability, scalability, and efficient service delivery. The organization works in a dynamic environment, continuously improving its solutions, and collaborating with external stakeholders on a long-term basis.
The project focuses on building a central integration layer that enables seamless interaction between internal systems and external platforms. It supports multi-channel sales of travel insurance with extended medical coverage, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with a unified integration strategy.
Responsibilities:
- - Defining and maintaining product vision, measurable success metrics, and business objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.
- Owning day-to-day decisions that maximize ROI for customers and the business.
- Translating the vision and strategy into a forward-looking roadmap, and a backlog of prioritized epics and releases that deliver maximum value.
- Making informed decisions on product scope and trade-offs, balancing user impact, technical feasibility, risk, and budget / timeline constraints.
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather insights and continuously refine the product goal and track product KPIs, customer feedback to improve product performance,
- Ensuring backlog readiness, validating that each item is clear, appropriately sized, and prioritized – partnering with Business Analysts for detailed requirements to capture.
- Coordinating stakeholder engagement, communicating product decisions, facilitating alignment across business, technology, and executive teams, and leading sprint reviews and demos.
- Overing release planning and go-to-market readiness, approving completed increments against the - - Definition of Done, aligning with partners and operations, and monitoring post-launch adoption.
- Ensuring all legal, data privacy and security related requirements are met.
- Identifying and mitigate risks, managing dependencies, and resolving impediments, surfacing cross-team dependencies early and escalating issues that threaten timelines or value delivery.
- Integrating useful agile practices and Lean principles into the product development process.
- Encouraging a culture of experimentation, learning, and adaptation within the team.
Must-haves:
- Commercial experience as a Business/System Analyst for 4+ years.
- Strong skills in UML, Jira, and Confluence.
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases (e.g. SQL Client, DBeaver or similar tools).
- Solid practical experience with Postman, REST, SOAP, SFTP, and ELK stack.
- Proven experience in capturing, analyzing, and documenting business, user, and functional requirements.
- Strong skills in prototyping and business process modelling, with a focus on customer-oriented solutions.
- Creative and customer-centered mindset when identifying and designing optimal user solutions.
- Experience working with development and QA tools, including IntelliJ IDEA, Git, Maven, Jenkins, TestNG, Selenium, TIBCO, and Jaspersoft.
- Experience working with complex and sophisticated integrations.
- Experience communicating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
