What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop Government Relations Strategy: Create and implement strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Policy Monitoring and Analysis: Track legislative and regulatory changes, assess potential impacts, and advise leadership.
• External Engagement: Strengthen relationships with government agencies, regulatory authorities, and industry associations.
• Project Facilitation: Lead collaboration on government initiatives, incentive programs, and regulatory matters.
• Risk Management: Identify regulatory risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to address government-related issues.

What We’re Looking For

• Mandatory: Previous employment within a government agency (central or local government, regulatory authority). Experience in government relations, public policy, or regulatory compliance.
• Network: Strong and established connections within government institutions and industry associations.
• Skills: Strategic thinking and negotiation skills; Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; Expertise in policy analysis and risk management.
• Languages: Fluency in local language and English.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, or related fields.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position.
• Standard working hours: 08:00–17:00.
