Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and managers to align HR strategy with company goals in a fast-paced iGaming environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance on performance, employee relations, engagement, and retention.
- Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation reviews, development, performance management, and offboarding.
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, retention, employee engagement, performance trends) and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure efficient hiring processes, workforce planning, and alignment with business needs.
- Drive initiatives in employee engagement, motivation, and company culture tailored to the specifics of iGaming.
- Advise leadership on compensation, promotion, and career path decisions based on business strategy and market benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and industry-specific regulations (including multi-country operations, where applicable).
- Actively participate in HR projects (L&D, talent management, succession planning, organizational changes).
- Act as a change agent, supporting managers and teams in transformation and growth.
- 3+ years of experience as an HRBP or HR Manager, preferably in iGaming, gambling, IT, or other fast-scaling international companies.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices in performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to influence and build trusted partnerships with managers and leadership.
- Data-driven approach with experience in HR analytics and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- English — Upper-Intermediate, Ressian fluent.
