  • To undertake incorporation of Seychelles International Business Companies and dispatch documents to clients;
  • To prepare and verify all corporate documents including contracts, power of attorney, bank documents, sale agreements, share transfers;
  • To manage all issues and queries received from client;
  • To maintain a proper system of filling and storage of information relating to corporate aspects of the business of the Company in line with Company policy that may be issued from time to time;
  • To undertake Know Your Customer procedures; Due Diligence


  • Education: Higher, legal background would be an advantage;
  • Specialty: Linguistic, Legal
  • Foreign languages: English fluent, other additional languages would be an advantage
  • PC knowledge: Microsoft Office
  • Personal qualities: accuracy and punctuality, able to work in team, able to work under pressure, easy going type, able to take own desicions;
  • Foreign passport is required.

Working conditions:

  • Working place: Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles
  • Salary: 1500 -3000 USD
  • Working hours: from 8:00 till 17:00, from Monday till Friday
  • Probation: 6 months
  • +Social package, corporate training
