Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess training needs
  • Plan and organize new and current training programs
  • Design and develop training solutions for wide variety of positions
  • Update training content portfolio, materials, tests
  • Work with subject matter experts on design and delivery of learning solutions
  • Execute training programs, deliver the training sessions, induction courses, etc.
  • Work with training providers and vendors
  • Development of talent management programs
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs’ effectiveness
  • Reporting on performance
  • Involve in budgeting process
  • Communication with business units
  • Participate and lead other HR related projects

Required skills:

  • > 2 years’ experience in T&D department with large regional coverage (work experience in retail is a plus)
  • Fluent English
  • Strong training methodology, understanding training trends, developments and best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively;
  • Positive thinking and open to change, personal development
  • Good PC knowledge and analytical skills
