PHILIP MORRIS SALES & MARKETING is looking for a strong professional in Market Research to join our team in Southern Russia Region. On this position YOU will be able to lead, implement, report, and interpret all quantitative and qualitative market research studies for assigned brands within approved budgets in order to facilitate achievement of long range strategic brand objectives.

Consulting Brand Groups

Consolidate various reported research sources in order to proactively provide deep insights on consumer preferences, segment dynamics, and competitors’ performance to assigned brand groups. Encourage and facilitate brand teams’ participation in focus groups and other research studies fieldwork in order to allow them to be exposed to firsthand insights directly from consumers.

Research Plan

Lead the implementation of all market research studies for assigned brands within approved annual research budget. Lead the research design development; adapt research questionnaires and check agency reports for PM Marketing and legal compliance.

Research Designs and Methodologies

In cooperation with PM Market Research HQ and research agencies proactively drive the development of research design and methodology in order to ensure that findings correspond to actual consumer insights needs. Effectively manage all stages of market research projects for assigned brands from concept to final results reporting.

Development and Teamwork

Keep abreast of the latest developments in the area of marketing, product development, consumer demand, and competitors' progress to further advance professional competence and provide sound advice to assigned brand groups.

Agency Relations

In line with PM overall strategy evaluate, select, and brief appropriate market research agencies. Ensure agency performance meets PM quality standards and build an atmosphere of creative cooperation to establish high quality service.


  • Higher Degree in Marketing, Business or Economics

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing and Market Research

  • Upper-Intermediate English
