Sales Director

Our client, world leader in the development and introduction of energy solutions for steam systems, is looking for a Sales Director for its Saint-Petersburg office.


  • Experience in B2B and direct sales through a technical consultation to the end customer is required!
  • Skills to lead, motivate and manage a team
  • Experience in Key Account Management
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar work
  • Experience of working with CMD&A, thermotechnics, heat power engineering, compressors, pumps, control valves will be a plus
  • Fluent English
  • Must be willing and able to travel extensively (approximately 50%)
  • Driving license category «В»
  • Higher technical education

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of sales department, coordination and analysis of the effectiveness of the work of subordinates in accordance with the company's strategy
  • Negotiations with key clients
  • Enforcement of KPI
  • Collection and analysis of information about competitors and their activity
  • Track receivables
  • Creating a motivational personnel schemes
  • Preparation of prospective and current plans of sales, budget and cash flow plans
  • Market analysis
  • Monthly reports
