  • Maintain excellent relations to the customers
  • Create the agreed cost transparency by providing the relevant cost break down to the category management
  • Cooperation with Purchasing Organization by organizing regular meetings and agreeing on common goals
  • Support forecasting process by providing the relevant break down to the category management
  • Create an efficient information flow regarding growth, investment plans and range development
  • Quality strategy: follow quality issues created by Flat line furniture suppliers; alert management in case of board material issues
  • To create, speed up and facilitate technical and strategic data communication to technological and production department, to create the feedback loop and to provide customers with required quality keep the delivery time with a neutral cost
  • Help the customers define their needs in terms of new products and development
  • Obtain and supply required analysis of the market, price and margin studies for new product lines
  • Regular meetings with suppliers
  • Permanent striving for cost savings
  • Development and ownership of contingency plan for customers


  • Higher education (Economical or Technical)
  • Experience in Sales or Customer service
  • Fluent English
  • Strong managerial abilities (process management)
  • Result driven, strong analytical and forecasting skills, strong negotiation
