  • Implements the sales plan within his/her area
  • Leads a regular prospection activity within his/her area
  • Develops sales and promotes selected AL solutions to potential and existing customers
  • Negotiates the AL offer and signs contract with the customer
  • Builds the customer loyalty and maintains knowledge of geographical area
  • Increases the value of existing sales
  • Ensures miscellaneous sales tasks


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a B to B industrial sales domain
  • Excellent know-how and skills on selling
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Accuracy in reporting
  • Economic background, preferable
  • Adapting personal style to effectively interact with a variety of people
  • Strong capacities in listening clients needs
  • Fluent in both Russian and Ukrainian languages
  • Fluent English
  • Polish is a plus
