Digital Marketing Manager

Оne of the leading global FMCG companies is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager, whose purpose is to develop and implement Digital brand communication strategy in RU.

Responsibility Areas:

  • develop brand communication plans and strategies
  • lead and execute all Digital activities, such as: web advertising campaigns, CRM, e-mail, publics in social media, bloggers, mobile apps
  • analyse UX on the web in order to increase quality parameters, manage UX tests
  • budgeting
  • agency-partners briefing and management
  • cross-functional team collaboration
  • e-commerce route-to-market development - convert loyalty into sales

Skills required:

  • 5+ years in digital brand communication management and strategy, ideally at global Consumer goods companies. Or digital agency experience.
  • understanding of all e-marketing instruments (website, mobile, social media, e-mail)
  • knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Yandex. Direct)
  • understanding of how to convert digital activities into real sales
  • advanced English
  • enthusiasm, winners attitude & self starter
