JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

  • ENGAGEMENT, CULTURE & TEAM EFFECTIVENESS - Develop and execute People Engagement plan;
  • Ensure that basic team routines across the function are in place;
  • TALENT MANAGEMENT/SUCCESION - Build and strengthen succession in Commercial Function. Lead People Development Forums;
  • Develop and implement long term Talent plan for critical segments. Run Strategic Workforce Planning;
  • PERFORMANACE MANAGEMENT- Educate line managers on performance standards and regularly monitor performance of Commercial function staff;
  • ORGANISATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS- Find opportunities for improving productivity in collaboration with Commercial Capabilities;
  • CAPABILITY- Set clear functional Capabilities and implement development plan together with Centre of Expertise;
  • To support to implement Innovative ideas / successful best practices from other countries.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Higher education;
  • 5 years of professional experience in the field of HR management;
  • Strong influencing, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Experience in presenting to senior management;
  • Fluency in oral and written Armenian, Russian and English languages;
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).
