–Plans, coordinates and schedules drivers’ work and deliveries and insures deliveries according to the clients needs.

–Ensures a good maintenance of the warehouse and proper working of the warehouse flows.

–Ensures a reliable and trusting partnership – internal as external transportation, custom clearance, warehouse.

–Responsible for managing projects to improve procurement processes, including procurement of PPE, office equipment and fixed assets.

–Controls office facilities are in working conditions including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity, work stations, furniture.

–Manages suppliers relationships and measures their performance.

–Updates supplier database.

–Ensures contract stipulations are followed.

–Communicates with suppliers on price, quality, delivery dates and methods of shipment; verifies supplier's pricing and terms are acceptable to company guidelines.

–Interacts with suppliers on a daily basis to resolve transactional issues and gather critical information invoices, tracking info, tax docs. etc.

–Responsible for appropriate supplier selection/bidding processes for selected purchase requests, and supplier and contract pricing validation for all purchase requests under category management responsibility.

–Responsible for supplier communication to resolve transactional issues.


Education: university degree.

Qualification/Certification: tracking budget expenses, managing processes, reporting skills.

Experience: 2+ experience in administrative and/or logistics department. Experience with negotiating agreements, financial management and managing vendor relationships.

Required competencies: must have mechanical aptitude and the ability to control minor repairs in the office. Ability to keep good records and documentation. Ability to effectively organize and plan during crisis situations. Ability to anticipate and improvise so as to fulfill unexpected users' needs. Have experience and training in personal safety. Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing. English –intermediate.

Personal traits/attitudes: attentive to details; diplomatic, result-oriented, self-driven, interpersonal abilities. Ability to multi-task, to prioritize competing deadlines, foresee upcoming issues and problems and suggest solutions. Focus on customer.
