- Actualizes and maintains the customer data base
- Manages the filing system in the sales department
- Compiles monthly statistics and reports

- Maintaining existing accounts and acquiring new accounts.
- Maintains effective correspondence
- Handles incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Dealing with group requests
- Negotiation with the clients in all aspects
- Meet required results through active interaction with existing, potential and new clients inside and outside the hotel.
- Coordinate communication between all relevant departments to provide professional and effective planning to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Good Knowledge of Opera PMS
- Fluent Russian, Azerbaijani, English and Turkish, spoken and written
- Very good organizational skills
- Excellent communicator
- Interested in Sales
- Experience in Sales department in hotel industry is required.
