Main purpose of the job:

Manage the B2C product lifecycle strategy and production of full scope of B2C lifecycle-related materials ensuring proper product positioning and messaging are implemented. Implement data-driven approach to all utilized materials and evaluate its impact to the sales productivity.

Main responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the development of the global B2C product lifecycle strategy (trial, onboarding, ownership, renewal, win back, etc.)
    • Helps develop and follow up production calendar of lifecycle materials for the comprehensive campaigns and ad-hoc activities (English masters) - in close coordination with global e-commerce and local online sales organizations
    • Creates and adjust projects timelines according to the global/regional plans and agreements with stakeholders
  • Manages the production of full scope of B2C lifecycle-related materials (in-product messages (IPMs), e-mails, news, etc.) based on the strategy for various products/projects - in close coordination with creative/production agency(-ies)
    • Works on project briefs interacting with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure all required information is taken into account & included
    • Works with Russian and/or international creative and production agencies as well as internal teams on developing the broad scope of marketing materials ensuring worldwide usage & high quality of the assets, plus maximum business performance and timely delivery in accordance with the agreed plan
  • Performs QA, making sure all materials conform to brand guidelines, corporate visual identity, technical specifications of both internal and external systems/platforms and tools.
  • Makes sure all performance analytics is implemented and related statistics is gathered and presented to the relevant internal stakeholders - for further optimization of the produced materials
  • Works closely with budget responsible team member on the accurate budget planning within the financial year
  • Contributes to legal & admin support (contracts negotiations, meetings set up, etc.)

Qualification requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in CRM related areas with strong focus on lifecycle management, and digital production in general
  • Experience in IT/telecom, online services is preferable
  • Experience in working with international advertising agencies as senior account manager/traffic manager, production manager generating the great variety of materials is a big plus
  • Business result oriented, literate in performance measurement techniques
  • Excellent project management skills including use of PM software
  • Fluent English
  • Good balance between details-oriented and creativity
  • Strong team player
