Overall Assignment Objective:

  • We are trying to establish digital learning as a valid learning intervention across CCHellenic by creating engaging, interactive e-learning programmes & digital interventions covering all functional and leadership competencies. To ensure cost leadership and high level of customisation to our own needs, we are developing internal capability for building digital programmes. Our goal is that by 2016 50% of learning takes place online.

Location: Please pay attention, that we consider other locations in termas of Russia, Belarus or Armenia as well, not only Moscow.

Responsibilities:

Deliver:

  • Converts traditional learning content to blended delivery - e-learning environment where appropriate ensuring efficiency of training delivery while improving effectiveness in meeting program objectives
  • Develops innovative ways of improving skills and transferring knowledge to our employees as agreed with the wider learning team of the CoE
  • Exploits learning platform by developing new & sharing existing learning content in RAB and across all countries, increasing use of platform by end users
  • Serves as Process Owner for learning platform overlooking governance model, review & enhancement options and resolving technical issues with BSS

Manage:

  • Learning Management Systems (internal learning platform & of vendors) effectively support all Learning Interventions across all curricula
  • Ensures timely development of digital content for internal use
  • Effectively cooperates with country admin team for transactional processes of learning platform down to course type level; with wider learning team to decide on what is ‘fit for e-learning’; with the multi-country L&C people to address local needs and prioritise accordingly

Innovate :

  • Digital deployment bright spots at CCH are recognized and ideas shared
  • E-learning & digital content is designed following high interactivity and gamification rules

Partner:

  • Owns a network of e-learning professionals, outside Hellenic
  • Productive relationships with key vendors maintained
  • Involvement in all functional digital projects ensuring effective design and deployment
  • Day-to-day cooperation with the wider CoE team: i.e. Talent, L&C

Lead:

  • Ensures full performance of the eLearning graphic designers for own projects
  • Ensures effective change management aiming at the increased use of new learning platform in RAB
  • New digital development interventions are accepted and supported
  • Delivers and acts on CCH values

Experience Required:

  • 1-3 years of experience in blended learning, e-learning & other digital solutions (e.g. virtual classrooms, online libraries, games)
  • 1-3 years of experience in managing one or more learning management systems, preferably Cornerstone or SuccessFactors
  • 1-3 years of experience in learning: instructional design, pre- & post intervention organisation, learning effectiveness

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge in Instructional design & adult learning principles
  • Excellent command of the English & the Russian languages (English will be the main language of communication, outside RAB region)
  • English fluent
