Sales Systems Development Manager for international FMCG Company


Responsibilities:
• To ensure integration and administration of «UIS» system - «B2B» data and plans data by distributor/clients; Unique (integrated) source for monitoring of products in route to market (pipeline).
• To ensure «B2B» process: connection of distributors «ERP» (operative system) for daily delivery of data concerning CJSC products stock and deliveries to distributor’s clients. Work with company B2B service provider.
• Control of «UIS» data correctness, completeness, in time data renewal.
• To ensure categorization process: administration of information by distributor’s clients and direct delivery clients in UIS
• To ensure new projects development: assessment of new data sources, development and implementation of new data sources integration to support company business process development.

• To ensure new projects development: assessment of new data sources, development and implementation of new data sources integration to support company business process development.
• Trade Marketing database, conditions and budget: to ensure development and integration in «UIS».
• Develop and maintain sufficient reporting tools (Excel, SSRS, OLAP)
• Ensure data quality in local BI
• Develop website solutions for corporate SharePoint portal
• Ensure designing of recommendations to SAFARI team on Census data management processes helping to streamline and solve potential inefficiencies
• Develop data exchange instruments to/from SFTP/AS2 servers
• Ensure developing of specific project reporting templates.
• Development of database marketing trade agreements and integration with Safari


HR MANAGEMENT
• Plan (set objectives), coordinate and control the performance of subordinates
• Regularly discuss performance appraisals with subordinates (MBO)
• Implement temporary projects on request
