Требуемый опыт работы:
1–3 года

• Implementation of key performance indicators of the commercial structure.

Main responsibilities:
• Management of the brand network in Russian Federation (26 stores);
• Development and implementation of the development strategy of the brand business;
• Planning and organization sales process, ensuring compliance with the plan of realization of the goods, providing a profit;
• Sales analysis, motion analysis product; competitive environment analysis and actual market trends;
• Formation of the budgets of their product lines;
• Maintain the established reporting;
• Operational management of the commercial team: recruitment, training, employee motivation, setting goals and objectives, quality control;

• Higher education;
• Basic knowledge of economics, marketing, sales management;
• Successful experience working in similar positions in the sector retail chains fashion retail with a turnover of not less than 800 mln. Rub. per year (at least 3 years);
• Excellent managerial competence;
• High performance;
• Strategic thinking, systematic;
• English - Advanced level;
• MS Office Knowledge of advanced user (Excel, PowerPoint);
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20-30%).

• Registration in accordance with the Labour Code;
• Probationary period - 3 months;
• Full-time (flex-time);
• Payment of corporate mobile communication;
• Working in the office - 50%, in the shops - 50% of the time;
• Travel up to 30% of the time.
