JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan, develop, implement various brand-related initiatives and activities in different communication channels (ATL, BTL, WEB/CRM, POSM/Visibility);

- Market, competition and brand performance monitoring. Analyze brand performance and activities against set objectives, strategies and expected deliverables, and vs. competitive brands performance;

- Marketing budget planning execution and control;

- Provide strong support during Brand Review, AP/SP planning and various business decks preparation;

- Actively communicate and co-operate with various JTI internal functions, HQ and 3rd parties (Creative/ Marketing Agencies/ Suppliers).

MAIN REQUIREMENTS: 

-University Degree (preferably Marketing, Economics);

-2 years in FMCG or Hi-tech marketing with proven experience in:

  • Brand positioning and communication strategy development
  • Successful fulfillment of marketing projects across various communication channels (ATL & BTL)
  • Complex projects involving several internal & external parties
  • Market / brand performance analysis
  • Budget planning & control

- English: Fluent (spoken, written);

- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills;

- Self-disciplined, organized & responsible person with ability to learn quickly;

- Active team player, able to energize and lead people;

- Broad-minded, strong analytical skills, strategic thinker;

- Excellent time management and coordination skills, ability to work under time pressure; multitasking;

- Positive attitude & proactive life approach, high self-motivation, strong commitment & desire to grow within Brand Marketing function;

- Attention to details;

- Advanced PC user (Excel, Project, Power Point, Word).
