Purpose of the position:

  • Provide consultancy and support to carrier portal add-on to key WMS (Warehouse Management System) in the Corporate Competence Center.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Consultancy during tender support not only within Ukraine but worldwide;
  • Project support;
  • Training and documentation preparation and maintenance;
  • Change management definition and support;
  • Release management support;
  • Support and consultancy for incident & problem management;
  • Team and tasks management;

Education:

  • University Degree in IT/Logistics.

Professional experience:

  • 2+ years business analysis experience with Distribution and Supply Chain solutions

Major competences required:

  • Strong leader of people with an understanding of both corporate ;
  • Good communication, organization and time management skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Experience in managing (customer) support teams
  • Proactive customer and service oriented
  • IT/Logistics/Supply Chain background;
  • Basic understanding of ERP/MRP/CRM/WMS application design;
  • English upper intermediate or higher;
  • Understanding and experience in Carrier portal support is a plus;
  • Mobility, rather frequent international business trips.
