- Set up and incorporate digital communication into Company brand communication plans to utilize potential in building reach, awareness, education, credibility and emotional engagement with categories and brands
- Develop and implement effective approach in the area of on-line MT to ensure brand strategies are implemented in this evolving channel
- Responsible for Company Brands Social media presence and Company corporate/product web-sites
- Actively collaborate with Retail marketing, Key Accounts & Business Development teams and Company partner agencies to ensure proper objectives delivery
- Develop digital marketing campaigns using new digital instruments (SMM, context, CPA/PPC, lead-generation management, social media and etc.) for Russia,CIS, Turkey
- Identify and apply new and innovative ways to target key consumers via digital channels to drive acquisition/retention through effective integrated marketing campaigns including pricing, promotions and product offering.
- Social Media Marketing: planning/administration of Company social presence
- Manage content of Company corporate/brand and product web-sites
- Ensure successful brand integration across channels with overall brand positioning, brand guidelines, and messaging by executing Company’s overall marketing plan
- Track marketing campaigns performance by analyzing KPIs, customer metrics, market conditions and competition; develop proactive marketing programs to drive revenue
- Work tightly with retail team to support Company agents and partners across the region in all their marketing and promotional activities ensuring integrated and creative marketing execution.
- Work and brief Company agencies involved in digital projects implementation
- Manage budgets allocated to digital activities within overall brand budgets
- Bachelor degree with minimum 2-years experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong technical knowledge of Digital Marketing instruments (CPA/PPC networks, lead generation, context etc.)
- Proven experience, track of records and achievements in Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong administrative & organizational skills, good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Self-motivated person, innovative. Should be comfortable and productive with a high degree of individual work autonomy with skill at juggling multiple priorities and a constant focus on delivery.
- Ability to build a network and establish strong relationships with a diverse group of both internal and external stakeholders to accomplish key goals.
- Ability to prepare and present executive level power point presentations outlining strategies, plans and performance results
- Fluent in English is a must, team player.
