We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team AfH (Away from Home – brand Tork), based in Krasnodar. This is an exciting and independent position, where you will manage a business on the territory and group of distributors to achieve designated sales target levels by developing profitable business with new and existing partners and key customers.
You will manage distributors on the assigned territory, develop business based on Joint Business Plan through co-operation with distributors sales force and SCA Account Managers.
- Fulfillment of the Sales, Contribution and Strategic products development plans.
- Attraction of new clients and good relationships development with direct and indirect SCA AFH customers.
- Effective implementation and supervision promotion activities and marketing activities.
- Sales analysis including monitoring and transferring of the competitors activities.
- Providing new and securing of the existing business with End customers, offers preparing.
- Daily distributors support in the BU products sales.
- Account receivable management.
- Effective utilization of the marketing materials.
- Training and supervision of the distributors Sales forces.
- Daily work with CRM program.
- Continuously searching for new ideas and solutions support SCA growth.
- Working with distributors on the basic of Joint Business Plan.
- Providing rolling monthly sales volumes forecast based on the forecast received.
- High education: university degree.
- Proven experience in a working through distributors and key account management in B2B market. Minimum 3 years sales experience (sales experience in B2B is an advantage).
