Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, lead and execute the successful development and implementation of strategic operational and portfolio marketing strategies in region
  • Collaborate with regional sales and product marketing teams to define programs/campaigns needed to support regional pricing, promotions, sales & marketing initiatives
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in strategic accounts and key opinion leaders in region
  • Communicate regional marketing campaign plans to cross-functional teams, especially country specific field sales teams
  • Cultivate strong relationships with sales, product management and operational leadership, to provide marketing & product expertise to meet shared business objectives
  • Lead Quarterly Business Review meetings with strategic partners for training, overview of business goals and measure relationship effectiveness
  • Support and market acquisition and joint venture opportunities
  • Stay abreast of competitor offerings and the industry marketplace to identify opportunities for new regional marketing strategies

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or scientific discipline required. MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in successfully driving regional marketing strategies, services
  • Proven track record in leading and working effectively with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, operations and finance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing campaign effectiveness and efficiency
  • At least 3 years of experience in a field facing role. Account management experience in agency preferred
  • Fluency in English

  • Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits
  • Excellent people and communication skills to interact strategic partners, cross-functional global teams, and third parties
  • Travel up to 30%
