  • Previous experience as a Corporate Sales Manager 5* International hotel chain
  • Fluent English (both orally and in writing).
  • University degree (or equivalent).
  • Experience in hotel opening as a plus
  • Good personal & business reference
  • Working knowledge of computer spreadsheets (Lotus or Excel), word processing (Word or Word Perfect), and PowerPoint


  • Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for prospecting and securing individual and corporate accounts on behalf of the hotel in accordance with the goals and strategies outlined in the annual Marketing Plan.
  • To ensure that direct sales activities are focused on generating the highest possible RevPar for the overall hotel’s success.This position requires a high degree on independent judgement and discretion on decision making.
  • Identify and create target accounts or agencies that will generate business on behalf of hotel
  • Utilize arrival reports,Opera business intelligence, Book of Lists, Hoover’s Lists, etc, to solicit and secure business on behalf of hotel.
  • Use company wide programs, sales developments, prospecting projects, WSO customer events and reporting for individual business development.
  • Follow up on all business inquiries and leads and qualify business to generate room nights and impact RevPar performance.
  • Impact corporate sales production to ensure maximum account penetration.
  • Create and execute account plans for top 20 accounts and make recommendations re: pricing, yield management, room night production, sales activities, etc.
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue and direct sales goals including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment as outlined.
  • Create a targeted RFP hit list to communicate to WSO CTISMs in advance of RFP season for multi-user account development.
  • Manage annual RFP process for each individual targeted account including account and market intelligence and pricing recommendations to maximize hotel profitability.
  • Establish and maintain strong Delphi hygiene including account creation, account traces, contact information, client email lists, bookings, etc. in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
  • Understand and maximize the utilization of all automated sales and reservations systems (Opera) involved with corporate industry business.
  • Participate in sales meetings, pipeline meetings and leadership meetings as required.
  • Respond and maintain effective correspondence with all potential and existing clients.
  • Follow up on all pending and currently booked business details.
  • Produce monthly sales recaps of market achievement based upon marketing plan objectives.
  • Produce and execute quarterly and annual action plans.
  • Create and manage NAP/TAPs monthly and annually. Participation and contribution to annual Marketing Plan including proposing and managing sales expenses and budgets.
  • Initiates booking feedback as needed with the DOS, DOM and GM during the sales process up to and including contract.
